Hi everyone - great to be part of the Legacy Developers community and looking forward to learning from you all.
My name is Farshid. I’m based in Perth and work in project management services for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. Alongside that, I’ve recently co-founded a project management consultancy, supporting clients across Australia and internationally. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong interest in property and long-term wealth creation, which is what brought me to this group.
Over the next 12 months, my focus is on building sustainable income streams through property and development opportunities. My goal is to steadily grow monthly income to a level that supports long-term financial independence and creates opportunities for future generations.
The biggest challenge at the moment is balancing time between professional commitments, business growth, and identifying the right development opportunities.
